This is CRAZY! September continued the record-setting trend for New Hampshire home sales, as both unit sales and median price hit all-time highs for the month. And inventory is now the lowest on record for NHAR.
Of note in the NHAR’s September “Monthly Indicators” report:
- The 1,901 residential sales was a 16 percent increase compared to September 2019.
- The $350,500 median price of those sales was 15 percent higher than September 2019 and not only represents a September record but is the highest median price for any month in New Hampshire history.
- The sales volume increased by over 40 percent to $805 million.
- Pending sales increased by 39 percent.
- Months’ supply decreased by 63 percent to 1.4 months, the lowest of any month in at least 15 years. Wow. 15 YEARS folks.
- Homes for sales decreased by 60 percent to 2,254.
